Description
An animal product free ice cream that has become a much loved classic at our sites, made with organic coconut milk and pure medium dark cocoa. Works superbly with most fruit sorbets.
Ingredients (Allergens in Bold)
Water, caster sugar, dextrose, coconut milk (contains coconut extract, stabiliser [Guar gum], emulsifier [Xanthan gum], antioxidant [Citric acid], fruit pectin), cocoa powder, brown sugar, fruit pectin.
May contain traces of milk, gluten, soya, nuts, eggs, sesame.
