Whole milk, double cream, caster sugar, skimmed milk powder, glucose, dextrose, stabilisers (maltodextrin, sodium alginate E401, carboxymethylcellulose E466), gingerbread crumb (contains gluten, butter, egg, rapeseed and palm oil, mixed spices, treacle, salt), cinnamon paste (contains colour [caramel], thickener [agar], preservative [potassium sorbate]), lemon flavouring (contains citric acid), ginger extract, lemon juice, nutmeg.
May contain traces of nuts, soya, sesame.
